Señor Presidente y Querido Hermano,

Le comunicamos nuestra preocupación y profunda inquietud que la Federación Nigeriana y su Presidente democrático puedan recibir en su país al representante máximo de la más cruel dictadura fascista que es la vergüenza de África.

No existe ninguna razón política de Estado ni ética ni moral que justifique que el Jefe de Estado de Guinea Ecuatorial utilice la violencia, tortura y asesinatos clandestinos para amedrentar y someter con métodos terroristas desde el Estado contra su población.

Sólo una Guinea democrática y plural puede asegurar una convivencia y unas sinceras y fructíferas ejemplares relaciones de amistad y cooperación con el Pueblo hermano de Nigeria.

Únicamente con la legitimidad de un gobierno surgido de elecciones democráticas plurales, Guinea Ecuatorial y Nigeria podrán delimitar con todas garantías necesarias sus fronteras marítimas y la posibilidad de explotar conjunta y pacíficamente y en interés de nuestros dos pueblos hermanos el petróleo y otras riquezas marítimas de la zona.

Mr. President and Dear Brother,

We communicate your Excellency our deep worry that the Nigerian Federation and its democratic President receives in its country the maximum representative of the cruelest fascit dictatorship, which is the shame of Africa.

There is no State political reason; neither any ethics nor morality that justifies that the Equatorial Guinea’s Chief of State uses the violence, tortures and clandestine murders to intimidate and to submit his population with terrorist methods from the State.

Only a democratic and plural Equatorial Guinea can assure a living together with sincere and fruitful friedship and cooperation with the People of Nigeria.

Only the legimacy of a government arise from democratic and plural elections, Equatorial Guinea and Nigeria will able to delimit with the necessary guarantees, their maritime borders, and the possibility of exploring the oil and other maritime wealth of the zone for the interest of our two peoples.
